Rosettes
In the past, rosettes were mainly worn on the elaborate 2 or 3 pointed hats.
Later they were taken down to the uniform to show a certain affiliation to an association or committee.
Rosettes can usually be made of ribbon, which is then pleated and the corresponding rounding is sewn together.
A variation of these rosettes with a metal or textile covered button is possible at any time.
The main materials used for the rosette ribbons are viscose ribbons.
These can be single-coloured, striped or also provided with metallic longitudinal strips.
It is also possible to work rosettes on a wire ring.
Usually open artificial silk or cordoned artificial silk is used.
The rosettes are mainly used to underlay metal badges.
